These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Airtech Grow, operated by Mohammad Kaif. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Overview

Airtech Grow provides digital services including website development, application development, marketing services (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads), landing pages, and custom digital solutions. All services are provided based on client requirements and project scope agreed upon before execution.

2. Project Engagement

Once a client confirms a project, it is considered an official engagement. All communication, approvals, and requirements must be clearly provided by the client before and during the project. Delays caused due to lack of communication, missing content, or approvals from the client side are not the responsibility of Airtech Grow.

3. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, and other available payment systems. Payment structure may vary depending on the project type and scope.

  • Projects may require full advance payment or partial advance (as agreed)
  • No work will begin until the initial payment is received
  • Delays in remaining payments may result in project delays or suspension

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% processing fees
  • If the project has already started, a maximum of 70% refund may be issued (30% retained as service charges)
  • No refund will be provided once the project reaches advanced stages or completion

Cancellation requests must be made formally through WhatsApp or email.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Airtech Grow provides strategy, execution, and optimization services. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or return on investment (ROI).

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including market demand, competition, budget, and audience behavior. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes may vary.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project details and requirements
  • Sharing necessary content, images, or credentials on time
  • Reviewing and approving work within reasonable time
  • Ensuring that provided content does not violate any laws or copyrights

7. Revisions & Modifications

We may offer limited revisions depending on the project scope. Excessive revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables. However:

  • Airtech Grow retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio
  • Third-party assets (themes, plugins, tools) remain under their respective licenses

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or use third-party tools such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Airtech Grow shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses or revenue loss
  • Ad performance or campaign outcomes
  • Downtime caused by hosting or external services
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Communication

By submitting your details, you agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, phone, or email. All official discussions and approvals may be considered valid if conducted through these channels.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The client violates terms or behaves inappropriately
  • Payments are not completed as agreed
  • The project becomes unfeasible due to external factors

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bihar, India.
