Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled by Airtech Grow, operated by Mohammad Kaif. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made for services are subject to this refund policy. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are processed based on the stage of work completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of their project by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project status.

  • Cancellation must be requested formally
  • Verbal or informal cancellation requests may not be considered valid

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Work Starts

If the client requests cancellation before any work has started, a refund will be processed after deducting a 10% processing fee.

3.2 After Work Has Started

If the project has already started, a refund may be issued after deducting 30% of the total project cost as service and resource charges.

3.3 Advanced Stage / Completed Work

No refunds will be provided once:

  • The project is in an advanced stage
  • Major deliverables have been completed
  • The project has been fully delivered

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Delay caused by the client (content, approvals, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project confirmation
  • Unsatisfactory results in marketing campaigns (as no guarantee is provided)
  • Third-party costs (ads budget, domain, hosting, tools, etc.)

5. Marketing Services Disclaimer

For marketing and advertising services, Airtech Grow provides strategy and execution only. Results such as leads, sales, or ROI are not guaranteed. Therefore, no refunds will be issued based on campaign performance.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment providers.

7. Payment Charges

Any transaction fees, gateway charges, or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. Legal disputes, if any, shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

9. Changes to Policy

Airtech Grow reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
